Peshawar, In an initiative to enhance its operational and administrative efficiency, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar (SBBWUP) has announced an invitation for Request for Proposal (RFP) from seasoned IT software firms to implement a comprehensive Campus Management Solution (CMS). This project aligns with the university’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its infrastructure under the Strengthening of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar project.

According to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University – Peshawar, the university is seeking bids from reputable IT firms that have significant experience in the field and are duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Sales Tax department (KPRA), maintaining an active taxpayer status. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope system, where interested parties are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals separately by April 4, 2024.

The procurement process is scheduled to begin with a pre-bid meeting on March 26, 2024, providing an opportunity for potential bidders to clarify any queries regarding the project scope or bidding procedure. The final submissions are due by April 4, 2024, with technical proposals set to be opened on the same day in the university’s committee room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The financial proposals will be evaluated subsequently, ensuring a transparent and competitive selection process.
