Khairpur, May 20, 2023 (PPI-OT):In Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, an important meeting was held in connection with the first semester 2023 examination under the chairmanship of the vice chancellor of the university, Prof. Dr. Khalil Ahmad Abupoto. At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Dr. Khalil Ahmed Abuputo welcomed the participants and said that we are trying to provide better education and training to our students so that they can play a positive role in building the country and nation. Important decisions were taken in the meeting. It was decided that the first semester exams will be held from May 22, which will continue till June 8. Strict security arrangements will be made for the peaceful conduct of the examinations and a request will be made to SSP Khairpur for deployment of police force.
The Technical Director was directed to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity and clean drinking water. Apart from this, generators will be run in case of power outage. All administrative officers were directed to ensure cleanliness of buildings, provision of clean drinking water and other facilities. Senior Transport Officer ensures availability of point buses in morning and evening shifts. Those educational institutes and departments which have not announced the results of the academic year 2022 exams, those departments should announce the results by May 19. Exam time table should be announced as soon as possible. Deans of faculties and heads of administrative departments participated in the meeting.
