Rawalpindi Commemorates Martyrdom Day of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim with Solemnity

Rawalpindi, The martyrdom day of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (a.s.) was observed with deep reverence and devotion across the Rawalpindi region, as announced by Shaukat Abbas Jafri, General Secretary of Tehreek Nafez Fiqh Jafariya, Rawalpindi Region. The day marked the culmination of the Universal Days of Chapter Jafariah, with congregational prayers organized in over three hundred Imambargahs and processions throughout the area. The observance called for special arrangements by the administration for the processions, highlighting the significance of the day in the Shia Muslim community.

According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, the main procession commenced from the residences of noted community members in Rawalpindi and featured gatherings at various Imambargahs, including notable addresses by Allama Aghasid Hussain Muqdisi, head of NFJ Pakistan, and other distinguished scholars. The event underscored the community’s dedication to commemorating the sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (a.s.), with processions and majlis organized across the region, including Chakwal, Jhelum, Attock, and other areas, reflecting the widespread observance of the day.

The gatherings not only paid homage to Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (a.s.) but also served as a platform for religious scholars to share insights and foster a sense of unity and continuity of faith among participants.
