President Zardari Calls for Compassion During Ramadan

Islamabad, In his message marking the onset of Ramadan, President Asif Ali Zardari urged citizens and the international community to show empathy and support for the vulnerable and less fortunate members of society. He emphasized the importance of charity during this sacred month, advocating for continued generosity to assist the poor, orphans, and the destitute.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, President Zardari encouraged the well-off to engage in giving Zakat and alms, emphasizing that such efforts should extend beyond Ramadan to provide ongoing support to those in need. Additionally, he called for global solidarity with the Palestinian people, advocating for an immediate ceasefire and an end to their suffering.

The president’s message highlighted the values of sympathy, sacrifice, brotherhood, and cooperation that Ramadan embodies, offering congratulations to Muslims in Pakistan and around the world.
