Karachi: Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Ghana, Mr. Najeeb Durrani, met with President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House, Karachi. The meeting underscored the ongoing relationship between Pakistan and Ghana, emphasizing the need to enhance bilateral ties for mutual benefit.
President Zardari stressed the importance of boosting economic and trade relations, suggesting that Pakistan’s business-friendly environment could attract Ghanaian businesses. He encouraged joint ventures between the two countries’ entrepreneurs.
The President also highlighted the significance of strengthening institutional connections, noting that Ghanaian diplomats and engineers are currently undergoing training in Pakistan as a step towards deepening cooperation.
President Zardari congratulated Mr. Najeeb Durrani on his new role and expressed his hopes for successful representation of Pakistan in Ghana.
