President Zardari Slams Quetta Attack: Vows to Defeat Extremists

Quetta: In a forceful denunciation, President Asif Ali Zardari condemned the suicide bombing in Quetta, attributing the attack to the fitna-e-khawarij, a faction of misguided extremists allegedly operating under India’s influence. Labeling these elements as a threat to Pakistan’s peace, he reaffirmed the nation’s resolve to combat such aggression.

The President praised the security forces for their prompt and strategic response, which thwarted the terrorists’ malevolent intentions. He expressed hopes for the speedy recovery of the wounded Frontier Corps personnel and acknowledged the unwavering bravery of Pakistan’s defense forces in safeguarding the nation.

Reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to countering the schemes of India-aligned insurgents, President Zardari remarked that the growing desperation among anti-Pakistan entities signals their impending collapse. He emphasized that the shifting global dynamics are increasingly unfavorable to those who oppose Pakistan.

“Pakistan, its citizens, and its security apparatus will triumph, Insha Allah,” declared the President, underscoring his confidence in the country’s ability to overcome external adversities.
