Karachi: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) celebrated its foundation day with a call for unity and strengthening in the Punjab region. Javed Yousuf, a prominent Christian leader and city councilor of Karachi, delivered a message highlighting the party’s ongoing commitment to representing people across all classes and religions.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, Yousuf emphasized the party’s historical struggle for democratic ideals since its founding on November 30, 1967, by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. At its inception, the party aimed to challenge the existing dictatorship and address severe violations of people’s rights with its slogan “Bread, Cloth, and House,” representing a commitment to meet basic human needs.
