Lahore: A recent training session titled "Financial Strategies and Revenue Models for Startups" provided entrepreneurs with crucial skills in entrepreneurship and digital innovation. The event, organized by the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), was led by Dr. Amina Rizwan, who focused on revenue models, budget creation, and fundamental forecasting for startup founders.
According to University of Central Punjab, the workshop delved into local funding opportunities specific to Pakistan and included interactive exercises designed to help participants track business metrics and avoid common financial pitfalls. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akhyar Farrukh underscored the significance of financial planning in his remarks and distributed certificates at the event's conclusion. The workshop was managed by Malik Abdul Rahim, a Research Associate at ORIC.
