Karachi, April 13, 2022 (PPI-OT):Washington Accord is a multi-lateral agreement between bodies responsible for accreditation or recognition of tertiary-level engineering qualifications within their jurisdictions who have chosen to work collectively to assist the mobility of professional engineers. Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is a process that involves assessment and evaluation practices in education to reflect the attainment of expected learning and show mastery in the program area. BE in Electrical Engineering program offered by EE Department at IoBM is accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the new accreditation system of outcome-based education (OBE) which PEC adopted after becoming a signatory of the Washington Accord.

The OBE Webinar Training for Faculty and Lab Engineers at IoBM aims to focus on the objective and outcome-driven teaching, where every stated objective and outcome can be assessed and evaluated.
