Namal University Undergoes PEC Reaccreditation for BS-Electrical Engineering Program

Mianwali, Namal University recently welcomed a senior accreditation team from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the reaccreditation process of its Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering program.

According to Namal University Mianwali, the PEC team, composed of distinguished engineers including Dr. Engr. Prof. Dr. M. Zafar Noon from UET Lahore, Engr. Prof. Dr. Usman Zabit from NUST-SEECS, Islamabad, Engr. Dr. Fahim Gohar Awan from UET, Lahore (KSK Campus), and Engr. Aijaz Hussain Shah from PEC Headquarters, Islamabad, conducted a thorough evaluation of the program. Their assessment included meetings with senior management, faculty, and staff, as well as detailed tours of the university’s laboratories and other facilities.

This visit is part of Namal University’s ongoing efforts to ensure that its programs meet the highest educational standards and remain in line with the requirements set by the Pakistan Engineering Council. The reaccreditation process is critical for maintaining the quality and credibility of the university’s engineering education.
