Karachi, In a significant development for Liaquatabad Town, the rehabilitation work of parks and playgrounds under the Parks Rehabilitation Program is progressing rapidly. The initiative, led by Chairman Liaquatabad Town Faraz Haseeb, aims to provide a healthy and pleasant environment to the residents. Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeemur Rahman is set to inaugurate the newly developed Parda Park in Union Committee No. 04.
According to Jamaat-E-Islami Pakistan, the Parks Rehabilitation Program has been a priority for Chairman Faraz Haseeb since his appointment. Under his direction, the Gardens Department staff has been working tirelessly on the maintenance and beautification of the parks in Liaquatabad Town. The inauguration of Parda Park, scheduled for Wednesday, 20 December at 4.00 pm, marks a significant milestone in this initiative.
The program encompasses the restoration of several parks in different union committees of Liaquatabad Town, including Tahir Sharif Park in Union Committee No. 01, Musa Colony, Osama Shaheed Park in Union Committee No. 02, Pelli Kothi Park in Union Committee No. 03, B One Park in Union Committee No. 06, and Talib Colony Park in Union Committee No. 07. Additionally, the development of Green Belts in Union Committee No. 05 is also in progress.
This comprehensive restoration effort aims to revive all the parks and playgrounds in Liaquatabad Town as soon as possible. The objective is to provide the local community with spaces for healthy entertainment and a pleasant environment.
