Faisalabad, June 07, 2023 (PPI-OT): Congratulations to the Nominees of the Italian Technology Award from the Weaving Section, Department of Textile Engineering, NTU. The Italian Technology Award 2023 was organized by Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers Association (ACIMIT) in collaboration with Italian Trade Agency (ITA) in Milan, Italy on 10-14 June 2023. The Italian Trade Agency honoured Mr. Usama Khalid (enrolled in BS Textile Engineering), Mr. Muqarab Hassan Buttar (enrolled in BS Textile Engineering), and Dr. Imran Khan (Assistant Professor) with the Italian Technology Award on 14 April 2023.
These students from Weaving Section, NTU will be visiting ITMA fair 2023 to be held in Milan Italy from 10 June to 14 June. This Fair consists of an exhibition of Textile machinery manufacturers from around the world and a Panel discussion by Textile Experts. This program is comprised of lectures, presentations, group discussions, and visits to various textile machinery manufacturing companies. It provided an incredible opportunity to collaborate with international academic institutions and learn about innovations in textile machinery.
