Lahore, October 09, 2021 (PPI-OT): In the light of No. Univ/Reg/PS/350 dated 09.10.2021 for the commencement of academic activities on-campus with effect from 13-October-2021.
It is mandatory for all students to fill and submit a Declaration and General medical checkup form in the camp at the University gate no. 3 on 11th and 12th October-2021 (Monday and Tuesday) from 08:30 am to 09:30 pm.
TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ANTI-VIRUS SOPs IN AN EFFECTIVE MANNER; STUDENTS MUST BRING COVID-19 VACCINATION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY NADRA. NO STUDENT SHOULD STAY IN THE HOSTEL WITHOUT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.
Students can download the Declaration, General Medical Checkup form and Hostel Residence Record from their LMS account or from the University Website.
