Imam-e-Kaaba Calls for Unity Among Muslim Nations During Friday Prayer at Faisal Mosque

Islamabad, In a significant religious event, Imam-e-Kaaba, H.E. Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Bin Humaid, delivered a Friday sermon at Islamabad’s Faisal Mosque, emphasizing the need for unity among Muslim countries and praying for the end of atrocities against Palestinian Muslims.

According to International Islamic University, Islamabad, the prayer at Faisal Mosque was attended by notable figures including the Saudi Arabian Ambassador H.E. Nawaf Said Al-Malki, President of the International Islamic University Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi, vice presidents of IIUI, diplomats from various Muslim countries, and religious and political leaders. Thousands of worshippers from the twin cities also joined the congregation.

In his sermon, Imam-e-Kaaba focused on the importance of respecting humanity and differing opinions, stating that a society upholding these values becomes stable and successful. He highlighted the need for love, brotherhood, and equality within communities, using the metaphor of Muslims as a unified body. He discussed the sanctity of human life and the promotion of peace, underscoring that Islam teaches respect even for those with differing opinions.

Imam-e-Kaaba stressed the necessity for unity within the Muslim Ummah, urging Muslim countries to form a united front devoid of rifts. He concluded his sermon with prayers for the stability of the Islamic world, the progress of Pakistan, and for the relief of the hardships faced by Muslims in Gaza.
