IIUI Unveils New Medical Center at Male Campus Under Presidential Directive

Islamabad, Dr. Ali Metab Alahmari, Director of the President’s Office at International Islamic University (IIUI), visited the new medical center located at the university’s male campus, following directives from IIUI President, H.E. Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi. This visit highlights the university’s commitment to enhancing healthcare facilities as part of its infrastructural reforms under the new strategic plan.

According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the new medical center is designed to offer high-priority medical services to students. Dr. Ali Metab Alahmari, accompanied by Principal Medical Officer Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman and Incharge Dr. Wakeel Hussain, reviewed the operational aspects and the services provided at the center. The medical staff briefed them on the utilization of facilities, which include laboratories, patient beds, and the capacity for daily patient visits. Currently, the center has four emergency beds and plans to further equip with X-ray machines, ECG, and other radiological tools shortly.

The visit underscored the university’s dedication to providing top-tier medical facilities to its students, aligning with President Alotaibi’s focus on student welfare as a critical aspect of the university’s development strategy.
