Faisalabad, February 02, 2022 (PPI-OT):Society for Sustainable Development Goals arranged a seminar based on good health and well-being. The topic of the seminar was Depression and Stress management the event has collaborated with Youth-Serving Foundation. A brief discussion session was held along with activities to keep the audience self-sufficient to handle stress. In the end, the self-assessment form was filled out by the students which were based on their own personality dynamics.
