Global Observance of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib’s Birth Anniversary, Highlights of Justice and Devotion in Islamabad

Islamabad, Celebrations marked the birth anniversary of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (AS) globally, with special events in Pakistan demonstrating fervor and respect. Commemorative activities were organized at shrines, dargahs, and public spaces, attracting participation from children of Tawheed and the wider community. These gatherings, known as Mawlid Kaaba, were dedicated to honoring the Prophet’s family.

According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, the head of TNFJ, Allama Aghasid Hussain Maqdisi, addressed a special ceremony at the Shia Ali Mosque headquarters in Islamabad. He highlighted the significance of Hazrat Ali’s teachings, emphasizing his stance against oppression and his embodiment of justice. Maqdisi stressed the relevance of Hazrat Ali’s principles in contemporary times, particularly in the fight against global injustice and terrorism.

The celebrations also included scholarly discussions on Menaqib Ali Al-Murtaza (a.s.), focusing on Hazrat Ali’s life and teachings. Maqdisi urged the followers to engage with Nahj al-Balagha alongside the Quran to deeply understand the essence of justice. He challenged the world to present a figure of justice comparable to Hazrat Ali and called for justice to be a global slogan for peace.

Additionally, the event resonated with themes of resistance against tyranny and the importance of following the path of Hazrat Ali for moral and societal betterment. Maqdisi also touched upon the significance of observing the message of Mr. Mousavi and the mission of Wilayat Ali. The gathering concluded with prayers for Islamic unity, the stability of the homeland, and the freedom of Kashmir. Furthermore, Maqdisi announced the commemoration of 15th Rajab al-Murajab as the Day of the Companions of Hussain (as) in memory of Hazrat Sayyida Zainab bint Ali (as).
