Faisalabad, The School of Nursing at The University of Faisalabad held a Mehfil-e-Milad titled “Alvida Mah-e-Ramadan” at the Saleem campus to mark the end of the Holy month. The event featured Naat recitations by Naat Khawan, Ms Ayesha Batool, and students, along with the recitation of Drood-o-Salam. Guest speaker Dr. Nabeela Faisal from UMDC provided valuable insights into the significance, practices, and observances of Ramadan.
According to The University of Faisalabad, the event aimed to provide spiritual enrichment and reflection as the Holy month of Ramadan came to a close. Participants engaged in devotional activities, including the recitation of Naats in praise of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and prayers for blessings and peace. Dr. Nabeela Faisal’s address highlighted the essence of Ramadan, including its spiritual, social, and educational significance, emphasizing the importance of carrying the lessons learned during Ramadan throughout the year.
