Lahore, May 31, 2022 (PPI-OT):Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) UOL Student Branch (SB) in collaboration with the Department of Electrical Engineering (EE), the University of Lahore (UOL) organized a Seminar on “Modern Trends to Regulate the Output Frequency through Power Electronic Converters”.
Mr. Uzair Raoof (Deputy Chairman BoG, UOL) was invited as the chief guest, along with other notable guests such as Prof. Dr. Asrar ul Haq Sheikh (Pro-Rector, Engineering and Technology, UOL and IEEE Life Fellow), Mr. Dr. Ghulam Abbas (Head and Associate Professor, EE UOL), Prof. Dr. Amjad Hussain (Chair, IEEE Lahore Section), Mr. Hamza Ihtisham (SAC Chair, IEEE Lahore Section), Ms. Safoora Saleem (WIE Chair, IEEE Lahore Section), and Mr. Syed Rizwan (IAS, IEEE Lahore Section). The seminar drew more than 200 attendees, and was aimed at explicating the development of the single phase frequency controller.
