Jamshoro: Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, addressed graduates at the convocation ceremony of Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, outlining climate change, digital rights, and social inequality as critical issues for Pakistan.
