Bahria University Karachi Opens Recruitment for Manager Accounts PMSTP


Karachi, The Pakistan Maritime Science and Technology Park (PMSTP) of Bahria University Karachi has announced a job vacancy for the position of Manager Accounts at its South Karachi campus. This role calls for a dynamic individual with a strong background in accounts and taxation management.



According to Bahria University, candidates with at least three years of experience in the relevant field, especially those from government or semi-government bodies, are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in accounting software, communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude are among the required qualifications. Preference will be given to those with a company secretary background.



The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the general accounting function of PMSTP, overseeing cash management and financial reporting, and the supervision of revenue collection from partners and tenants. The Manager will also serve as the focal person for audits and must have a detailed understanding of income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, and financial matters.



Interested candidates holding preferably an M.Com, CA, ICMA, or ACCA from an HEC-recognized university should send a brief CV and application form to the Human Resource Directorate at Bahria University’s Islamabad office by 15 April 2024.
