Karachi: On the tenth day of the Awami Theatre Festival 2026 at the Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi, the stage play "Be Positive" was presented at Auditorium II, drawing an enthusiastic response from the audience. The play, penned and directed by senior actor Nazar Hussain, featured a cast including Shanzay, Billu Zareef, Honey Khan, Kamal Idrees, and Nasira Noor, who delivered engaging performances.
According to Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi, "Be Positive" is set in a closed street and explores the complexities of society through various characters. The narrative delves into social attitudes, human psychology, and everyday life issues with a blend of light-heartedness and meaningful insights. The performance attracted a significant number of theatre enthusiasts to the hall.
The Awami Theatre Festival, which commenced on January 22, will run until February 15 at AC Auditorium II, offering the general public an opportunity to attend the performances free of cost.
