Islamabad: The Department of Economics at the University of Chitral is poised to launch a Ph.D. program following the successful conclusion of its third Board of Studies meeting. The meeting also focused on reviewing and approving revisions to the BS and MPhil Schemes of Studies.

External subject matter experts, Dr. Noor Jehan from Abdul Wali Khan University and Dr. Zakia Batool from Quaid-i-Azam University, offered constructive feedback during the session. Internal and external board members also contributed their insights and suggestions to the discussions.

The meeting concluded with expressions of gratitude from the Chair to all participants for their contributions and guidance, emphasizing the value of their feedback in bolstering the department’s academic offerings.
