Haripur: The University of Haripur continued its Faculty Development Training Program by focusing on technology integration in higher education. The session, part of a 10-day initiative titled “Empowering Educators: Enhancing Professionalism, Pedagogy, and Research in Higher Education,” was conducted by Dr. Yasir Ahmed from the National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad.
Dr. Yasir addressed the role of technology in improving teaching methods and enhancing learning experiences. He discussed the use of digital tools, e-learning platforms, and innovative pedagogical approaches to bridge gaps between traditional and modern educational needs.
The session highlighted strategies for adopting technology in classrooms and promoting interactive learning. It aimed to enhance faculty competencies amid a rapidly changing academic environment.
The Faculty Development Training Program, managed by the Human Resource Development Cell under Prof. Dr. Aziz Ullah, plans to cover research enhancement, leadership development, and professional growth in upcoming sessions.
