Lahore: The University of the Punjab announced that the Ph.D. defense and Viva Voce Examination of Ms. Nooria Arooj’s thesis on “EMI Shielding Properties of Polymer Composites” will be held at the Department of Physics. The event, scheduled for September 11, 2024, will feature a detailed discussion on Arooj’s research, which focuses on advancing the understanding of electromagnetic interference shielding through innovative polymer materials.

According to University of the Punjab, the session is set for 11:00 AM in the Seminar Room of the Physics Department. The examination was initially planned for an earlier date but was rescheduled. Ms. Arooj, enrolled under the roll number PhD-1601, will present her findings to a panel of esteemed examiners including Prof. Dr. Shazia Bashir from the Government College University, Lahore, and Prof. Dr. Khurram Siraj from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
