Lahore: The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore has announced the release of the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) scholarship installments to several of its students across various degree programs. This financial support aims to aid students in continuing their education without financial strain.
According to University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, twenty students from different campuses including Lahore, Jhang, and Narowal have received scholarship amounts of Rs. 54,000 or Rs. 81,000 depending on their study program. The recipients are enrolled in diverse fields such as Applied Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Environmental Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Dairy Technology, and Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
The beneficiaries, including notable recipients like Muhammad Hamza from the BS Applied Microbiology program and Khuram Shahzad from the DVM program in Jhang, are advised to collect their acknowledgment sheets from the Financial Aid office. They must complete and return these sheets by September 17, 2024, to finalize the scholarship process.
This scholarship disbursement not only eases the financial burden on students but also encourages academic excellence across UVAS campuses. Students from non-Lahore campuses are instructed to collect their acknowledgment sheets from their respective campus offices.
