Islamabad: The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) Formula Student Team has achieved remarkable success, securing the overall second position in the Low Voltage Hybrid Category at a prestigious international competition. This achievement underscores the team’s innovative capabilities and expertise in hybrid vehicle technology.

According to National University of Sciences and Technology, the NUST Formula Student Team excelled in the competition, notably outperforming several top universities, including Oxford, Sussex, and University College Dublin in the Lap Time Simulation Event, where it placed 12th out of 56 teams. Additionally, the team’s vehicle design was acclaimed as the best among Asian teams in the Design Event, further highlighting their technical prowess and creative ingenuity in engineering.

The team was also honored with the Learn and Compete Award, which recognizes their commitment to continuous learning and maintaining a competitive edge in the engineering field. This accolade reflects the dedication and hard work of the students and mentors involved.
