ITT Issued for Delivery of Fan Parks for ICC Events Through 2025

Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has initiated a process to establish partnerships with agencies for the development of Fan Parks for various ICC events scheduled for 2024 and 2025. These events include the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Bangladesh, the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy in Pakistan, and the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup in India. The initiative aims to create immersive experiences for cricket fans worldwide.

According to International Cricket Council, the new Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeks proposals from well-established agencies capable of delivering Fan Parks in multiple countries. This marks the first time the ICC is planning Fan Parks on a long-term basis, spanning multiple tournaments. The purpose of these Fan Parks is to enhance fan engagement by providing a vibrant venue where fans can enjoy the game and interact in a community setting.

The ICC emphasizes the need for innovative financial models and extensive experience in managing large-scale international sports events. The selected agencies will be responsible for tailoring each event to the local culture and preferences, ensuring a unique experience for fans in different regions.

The current ITT represents a significant step for the ICC in expanding its outreach and connection with the global cricket audience, reflecting its commitment to enhancing the fan experience during major tournaments. Responses to the ITT will help the ICC collaborate with agencies that can bring creative and effective solutions to the table.
