Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Honors Quaid-e-Azam on His 147th Birthday, Advocates for Democratic Pakistan

Karachi, Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has paid homage to Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah on the eve of his 147th birthday anniversary. In a message to the nation, Chairman Zardari reflected on Jinnah’s commitment to justice, equality, and the foundational principles of Pakistan.

According to Pakistan People’s Party, Chairman Zardari lauded Quaid-e-Azam as a democratic visionary whose dedication led to the creation of Pakistan. He emphasized that Jinnah’s spirit and leadership continue to inspire future generations and serve as a reminder of the nation’s core values.

Zardari affirmed PPP’s commitment to the vision of Pakistan’s founder, striving towards an inclusive, democratic, and progressive nation. He highlighted the role of Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in fulfilling Jinnah’s vision through the 1973 Constitution, which established a framework for equal rights and strong defense. He also acknowledged the efforts of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto in upholding democratic values and serving the marginalized, along with President Asif Ali Zardari’s work in reinforcing these ideals through the 18th constitutional amendment.

Chairman PPP stressed that Quaid-e-Azam envisioned Pakistan as a beacon of democracy, progress, and inclusivity, where every citizen has equal opportunities. He emphasized the urgency of upholding this philosophy in current times, standing united against ideologies that promote change through coercion rather than democratic means.
