Jamshoro, The University of Sindh, Jamshoro, has announced winter vacations for two of its managed schools, Syed Panah Ali Shah Model School Jamshoro and Dr. NA Baloch Model School Hyderabad. The schools will be closed from December 22 to December 31, 2023, aligning with the Sindh Education Department’s holiday schedule.

According to University of Sindh, Registrar Professor Dr. Mushtaq Ali Jariko has issued an official notification regarding the winter break. The notification states that both Syed Panah Ali Shah Model School in Jamshoro and Dr. NA Baloch Model School in Hyderabad will remain closed during this period, with the schools set to reopen on January 1, 2024. The announcement comes as part of the routine academic calendar and holiday schedule set by the education authorities.

The notification also mentioned that essential staff at both schools will remain on duty during the holiday period to manage necessary administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations upon reopening.

This winter vacation period provides a much-needed break for students and teachers alike, offering them an opportunity to rejuvenate before the commencement of the new academic term.
