Lahore, The Virtual University of Pakistan (VU) has issued a notice for students who were provisionally admitted during the Fall 2023 admissions, urging them to complete the physical verification of their educational documents. This verification process is a crucial step for the final confirmation of their admissions, and students are advised to visit the nearest VU office or campus for this purpose.
According to Virtual University of Pakistan, students who have not yet appeared for the physical verification of their documents are required to do so between November 28, 2023, and December 4, 2023. The notice specifies that this verification can be conducted at any VU office or VU-owned campus as listed in Annexure-“A” of the notice. The university has also informed that overseas students will receive separate instructions via email.
The notice emphasizes that if students fail to complete this verification process before the start of the mid-term examinations, which is until December 4, 2023, they will not be eligible to appear for these examinations. Furthermore, their admissions will be cancelled and marked as “Withdrawn”.
It is mandatory for all provisionally admitted students to physically appear for this verification process. Students are instructed to bring all necessary documents, including original academic transcripts, result cards, degrees, certificates, CNIC, two attested passport size photographs with a blue background, and two sets of attested copies of all educational documents. Each document should have the student’s Admission Form No. or VU ID written on the top right corner to facilitate the verification process. This initiative is part of VU’s commitment to maintaining the integrity and standard of its admission procedures.
