Islamabad, March 29, 2023 (PPI-OT): According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 73% Pakistanis report a decrease in their household savings in the last six months.
A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the country, was asked the question “Do you think, in comparison to the last six months, your household savings increased decreased or remained the same?” In response, 1% said it is a lot better, 5% said it is better, 21% said there has been no change, 35% said that it has gotten worse while 38% said it is a lot worse.
Question: “Do you think, in comparison to the last six months, your household savings increased decreased or remained the same?”
