University of Peshawar Seeks Visiting Faculty for Urban and Regional Planning Department

Peshawar, The Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Peshawar is inviting applications for visiting faculty positions for the 2023-24 academic session. This recruitment aims to fill teaching positions for specific courses within the department, targeting candidates with an MS/M.Phil degree (18 years) from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized universities or institutions.

According to University of Peshawar, the positions are open to individuals who meet the academic qualifications and possess relevant experience in the subject area. Applicants currently in service are required to apply through the proper channels and must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department or institution along with their application. The university emphasizes that incomplete applications or those received after the deadline of February 28, 2024, will not be considered.

Candidates must submit their applications on plain paper, accompanied by photocopies of complete documents duly attested. These documents include a recent passport-size photograph, National Identity Card (NADRA), educational testimonials, domicile, and an Experience/Service Certificate. Additionally, a non-refundable processing fee of Rs-500, payable to the Treasurer, must be included in the application via a bank receipt or draft in Account No. 6290-3 at the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), University Campus Branch, Peshawar.

The selection process will include a demonstration or interview for only those candidates who are short-listed.
