University of Kotli Announces UGAT-2024 for Spring Admissions, Sets Strict Exam Protocols

Kotli, The University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir has announced that the Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT-2024) for the Spring 2024 session will be conducted on February 23, 2024. The examination will be held in the university’s Multi-Purpose Hall and comes with a specific set of instructions for the candidates.

According to University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, students appearing for the UGAT-2024 must bring their Roll Number Slips, Original National ID Card, Passport, or B-Form to the test center. Those without their Original CNIC are instructed to bring an Original NADRA token along with any original document containing their photograph. The university also mandates that any candidate who has not verified their Challan or has not received their Roll Number Slips should visit the DSA Office in the Commerce Building between 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM on the test day.

The release further details that mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices are strictly prohibited within the test center premises, with a warning that discovery of such items will result in confiscation and cancellation of the paper. Candidates are expected to arrive by 9:00 AM, with the seating in the hall commencing at 9:30 AM. The UGAT-2024 is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM sharp.

In an effort to maintain the integrity of the examination process, the university has declared that any form of correction such as cutting, erasing, or overwriting on the answer sheet will result in zero marks for the question. Additionally, no negative marking will be applied, and candidates are not permitted to leave the test center before 12:00 PM.
