Team Pakistan Secures Dominant Win Against Afghanistan in United Baseball Arab Classic.

DUBAI: Team Pakistan defeated Afghanistan 17-3 in the United Baseball Arab Classic to secure their fourth straight win and set their eyes on the championship trophy. Under the leadership of Syed Fakhr Ali Shah, Pakistan also defeated India by a one-sided score of 12-0. This impressive performance further reinforces Pakistan’s pace of success as they head into the semi-final round with confidence. Throughout the game, the lineup delivered strong performances, with key players Zain, Ammar, Younis, Wahid, Sameer, and Ayad scoring runs with key hits. Zain made history with an underground grand slam by hitting a park home run, while catcher Syed Mohammad Shah held Pakistan’s defensive lead by denying any steal attempts.

According to Pakistan Federation Baseball, opening pitcher Syed Ali Shah effectively stopped the Afghan batsmen, while supporting pitchers Hasnain Jan and Hussain Imam finished the game without a hitch. The dynamic play of M Wasim in center field, Amar in left field, Zain at shortstop, Sameer at first base, and Hussain at third base strengthened the team’s lineup, each playing a prominent role in both attack and defense. Looking ahead to the semi-final against the winner of the India vs Sri Lanka match, Syed Fakhr Ali Shah hopes to reach the final and win the championship trophy. “The dedication and skill of our team has gotten us this far, and I believe we are ready to bring home the title,” he said. With unwavering determination and teamwork, Team Pakistan stands as a strong contender for the championship title.
