Islamabad, June 22, 2021 (PPI-OT): According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 41% Pakistanis claim to have a pet animal/bird at their home.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Is there any pet animal/bird in your home?” In response to this question, 41% said ‘Yes’, 57% said ‘No’ while 2% did not know/did not respond.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Please tell us that are you a food lover or do you eat just to stay alive?” In response to this question, 51% said they were food lovers, 45% said that they eat just to stay alive while 4% did not know/did not respond.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Did you attend any funeral in the past one year?” In response to this question, 78% said ‘Yes’, 18% said ‘No’ while 4% did not know/did not respond.
