Lahore: Punjab University Hailey College of Banking and Finance (HCBF) has been granted approval to establish a new campus on 3 acres of land at the University’s Quaid-e-Azam Campus. The new site aims to enhance the educational offerings in banking and finance.
According to University of the Punjab, Principal HCBF Dr. Ahmed Muneeb Mehta shared details about the new campus which will continue to offer existing undergraduate and graduate programs and introduce new ones such as BS and MS in Islamic Banking and Finance, MS in Public Finance and Policy, MS in Business Analytics, and MS in Sustainability Management. The programs will be competitively priced to ensure accessibility while aiming to surpass the quality of both public and private sector education providers.
Dr. Mehta emphasized that the expansion is designed to contribute to the university’s mission of providing accessible, high-quality education and to serve as a hub for academic excellence and innovation. The initiative aligns with the leadership vision of Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Khalid Mahmood and is set to shape the future of the corporate sector in Pakistan.
