Lahore, February 01, 2023 (PPI-OT):Pakistan Muslim League’s women and leaders came out on roads against police raid on former Chief Minister Punjab Ch Parvez Elahi Ch Parvez Elahi and Moonis Elahi in Gujrat. The protest rally led by Sumaira Elahi, sister of Ch Shujat Hussain, was taken out from Zahoor Elahi House.
Protest rally was largely participated by Senior Vice-President Gujrat Amjad Parvez Butt, Chairman Nishan-e-Haider Group Shahkar Aslam, lawyers’ body and social circles representatives. During the rally, the participants kept raising slogans against the caretaker government and police. Workers were carrying party flags and placards in their hands. The protest rally passed through Machhli Chowk, Shah Dola Gate, Chowk Nawab Sahib, and Faisal Gateand Fowara Chowk and terminated at GTS Chowk.
