Pakistan Cricket Secures 61% Increase in Home Series Rights for 2024-2026

Lahore: In a significant development for Pakistan cricket, TransGroup FZE has secured the series partnership rights for Pakistan’s international men’s and women’s home series for the period from October 2024 to December 2026. This deal marks a 61% increase in the value of the rights compared to the previous cycle.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, the competitive bidding process culminated in TransGroup FZE placing the highest bid, demonstrating their continued commitment to Pakistan cricket. From October 2024, Pakistan is scheduled to host 59 men’s international matches, including nine Tests, 26 ODIs, and 24 T20Is. Additionally, Pakistan will host the ICC Champions Trophy in February-March 2025.

Salman Naseer, Chief Operating Officer of the PCB, expressed his enthusiasm about the new partnership: “The awarding of series partnership rights for two years is great news for Pakistan fans as we look forward to hosting bilateral and tri-series in the next 26 months.
