According to International Cricket Council: The Group B match between Malaysia and Oman was similarly affected by weather conditions, resulting in a washout that allowed Malaysia and Hong Kong to advance, while Oman exited the competition. Nepal's performance in a prior match against Afghanistan was notable, with players Sundeep Jora and Lokesh Bam achieving individual half-centuries, taking their team's score to 149/4 before the weather intervened.

The quarter-final matches are now set, with Pakistan facing Hong Kong and India competing against Afghanistan on September 28. Sri Lanka will play against Nepal, and Bangladesh will face Malaysia on September 29.
