Islamabad, January 13, 2022 (PPI-OT):A Committee headed by Prof. Dr. Ayaz Afsar, Vice President (Academics) of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), paid surprise visits at different faculties during Terminal Examinations (Fall-2021 Semester) and observed the examination process at IIUI male Campus.
The Vice President along with the monitoring committee for the conduct of terminal examinations process inspected the examination centers at Faculty of Management Sciences, International Institute of Islamic Economics, Faculty of Shariah and Law, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Usuluddin (Islamic Studies) and Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences at male campus of the university. On the occasion, the committee was briefed by the respective Deans of the faculties and other relevant Officials regarding examination process and issues in this regard.
During the inspection visit, the committee reviewed the examination process at various examination centers and showed satisfaction over strict discipline and implementation of pandemic SOPs. On the occasion, the committee instructed the examination staff to provide a comfortable environment to students during examination so that they can perform best during examination without any kind of unnecessary disturbance. During the inspection visit, Vice President (Academics) Prof. Dr. Ayaz Afsar also instructed the examination personnel to follow the notified procedure regarding conduct of examination at centers.
Monitoring committee for the terminal examination was comprised of Prof. Dr. Ayaz Afsar, Vice President (Academics), Dr. Muhammad Mumtaz, Director (Academics and Examinations), Dr. Zahid Mehmood, Deputy Director (Examinations), Mr. Muhammad Jawwad Shakir, Deputy Director (Examinations), Dr. Tariq Sultan, Deputy Director (Admissions) and Mr. Al Hassan Haroon, Assistant Director (Protocol), IIUI.
