Maulana Ali Turab Meets with President of International Islamic University Islamabad

Islamabad: Maulana Ali Muhammad Turab, the Senior Vice President of Markazi Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Pakistan, visited the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) for a courtesy meeting with the university’s president, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed.

Accompanying Maulana Ali Turab was a delegation that included notable figures such as Prof. Sajjad Qamar, Advisor to the Minister for Religious Affairs, and other distinguished members like Maulana Ateeq ur Rehman Shah, Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Anwar, and Hafiz Maqsood Ahmed.

During the meeting, the delegation extended their congratulations to Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed on his new role as president of IIUI. They shared their hopes for the success of his tenure and commended the university’s contributions to education and societal service.

As part of the visit, Prof. Sajjad Qamar invited Dr. Ahmed to the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The invitation was accepted by Dr. Ahmed, signaling potential future collaboration.

The discussions also touched on themes of mutual interest, particularly focusing on fostering religious harmony and exploring avenues for educational cooperation.
