Lahore: A significant Independence Day ceremony unfolded at the Social Welfare Training Institute in Township Lahore, characterized by the hoisting of the national flag by Secretary of Social Welfare Javed Akhtar Mahmood and Director General Muhammad Tariq Qureshi.
