IBA Karachi Breaks Ground on New Islamabad Campus

ISLAMABAD: IBA Karachi has partnered with DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi to establish a new campus in Islamabad, marking a significant development in Pakistan's education sector. The groundbreaking ceremony took place in DHA Islamabad Phase 5, attended by Dr. S Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director of IBA Karachi, and the Administrator of DHA Islamabad, alongside various academic experts and officials.

According to Center For Information and Communication Technologies, the new IBA Karachi-Islamabad Campus aims to provide students from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and northern regions with access to education aligned with international standards. Dr. Zaidi emphasized the campus's potential to become a leading center of higher education and its role in developing capable future leaders.

The initiative focuses on academic excellence, human capital development, and leadership cultivation. The campus will include a modern academic block, research facilities, a library, and an auditorium, alongside sports and residential facilities. It seeks to advance IBA's vision of knowledge, research, and practical impact, fostering collaboration with academic and industry institutions.
