Innovative Role-Play Workshop Aims to Enhance Teaching Strategies

Lahore: Educators at the Learning Innovation Centre participated in a workshop designed to enhance classroom dynamics through experiential role-playing. Led by Dr. Faiqa Yaseen, the session aimed to address the diverse needs of Gen Z students and improve classroom management techniques by bridging generational gaps.

According to University of Central Punjab, the workshop titled "Developing Classroom Insights Through Experiential Role-Play" offered faculty members an opportunity to engage in role-playing exercises. These exercises were intended to help educators gain self-awareness, view situations from various perspectives, and shift their feedback methods from judgmental to empowering. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to adapt teaching strategies to better address the psychological needs of modern students.
