Guest Speaker Highlights Challenges Facing SMEs in UCP Session

Lahore: A recent event at the University of Central Punjab (UCP) provided valuable insights into the challenges faced by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in balancing marketing, human resources, and finances. The session, titled "The Business Balancing Act: Marketing, HR, and Financial Struggles of SMEs," featured Mr. Hammad Noor, the Chief Executive Officer of HAM Enterprise, as the guest speaker.

According to University of Central Punjab, the session was designed to be interactive and informative, offering students studying SME Management practical insights based on real-world experiences. Mr. Noor delved into the complexities of managing marketing strategies, human resource needs, and financial constraints within SMEs, sharing strategies that can help in navigating these challenges.

The event was organized by Ms. Nahan Iqbal and Ms. Shafaq Aftab, with specific acknowledgment given to Dr. Irfan Saddique, Head of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, for his role in fostering industry-academia collaboration.
