University of Engineering and Technology Mardan Issues Tender for Stationery Procurement

Mardan: The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Mardan has issued a tender notice for the procurement of stationery items needed for its Main Store. The university is inviting proposals from qualified suppliers and manufacturers or their authorized dealers who are registered with both the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as Active Taxpayers and the Income Tax Department, Government of Pakistan.

According to University of Engineering and Technology – Mardan, the tender follows a “Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure” and requires a 2% bid security from the participating firms. The tender documents detailing the terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer at UET Mardan from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, against a cash payment of Rs.1500. Alternatively, interested parties can download the documents from the university’s website.

The proposals must include unit rates for all items, inclusive of all taxes, and are to be submitted in sealed envelopes by 11:00 A.M. on September 26, 2024. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the Conference Room of the University in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.

The tender notice specifies that submissions received after the due date and time will not be considered, and the university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA/KPRA rules.
