Islamabad: In recognition of Arshad Nadeem’s outstanding performance at the Paris Olympics, the Athletics Federation of Pakistan has announced a special gesture for the athlete and his family.

According to Athletics Federation of Pakistan, Major General Muhammad Akram Sahi, a prominent figure in South Asian and Asian athletics, confirmed that Nadeem, along with his wife, children, and parents, will be sponsored for an Umrah pilgrimage. This decision comes as a tribute to Nadeem’s historic achievements in athletics, underscoring the nation’s pride and appreciation for his contributions to sports.

This announcement follows a series of celebrations honoring Nadeem’s record-breaking achievements in Paris, reflecting the Federation’s commitment to acknowledging the hard work and success of its athletes on international platforms.
