Lahore: Syeda Sajjal Zahra, a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the University of the Punjab, is scheduled to present her public defense and viva voce examination on August 16, 2024. The examination will be held at 11:00 a.m. in the Department of Political Science. Zahra’s thesis, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rehana Saeed Hashmi, investigates the role of the opposition in Pakistan’s political development from 2008 to 2013.
