Lahore: Musrat Jamshed Cheema, a senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has vocally criticized the current government, predicting its imminent collapse due to its own failures, particularly highlighting the dire economic situation.
According to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Cheema expressed strong disapproval of the government’s handling of the economy, accusing it of deepening the nation’s issues rather than resolving them. He remarked that the government’s so-called experts have “dug the mass grave of twenty-four crore people through inflation,” making basic necessities like food, and access to electricity unaffordable for the average citizen. Cheema warned that the public could no longer be deceived by false promises of prosperity, urging the ruling coalition to acknowledge its shortcomings, apologize to the populace, and step down.
